SHIPPING
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order completion and, once shipped, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number for your package. Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
*We will not be processing orders or exchange requests between December 16th and January 6th.
International orders - All applicable import fees, customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
RETURNS
All sales are final, however size exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product is delivered. Upon return, the new size will be shipped. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Product must be returned in new condition, unused, unworn and with all tags attached. No refunds are accepted. Size exchange requests will be processed in 1-3 business days. Please note we will not be processing orders and requests between December 16th and January 6th. DAMAGED/OPENED BOX/ DEFECTIVE
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also send us an email at hello@hoemlosangeles.com.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and we’ll do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
